Terms and Conditions for Coaching Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("Client") and Evolve with Laura Cameron operated by Laura Cameron ("Company"). By enrolling in or purchasing any coaching program, service, or session ("Program"), you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this Agreement carefully.
1. Services Provided
The Company provides mindset and wellness coaching, which includes tools, techniques, and strategies designed to support the Client in their personal growth and development. The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
2. Disclaimer
Coaching is not a substitute for medical treatment, or professional advice. The Company is not a licensed healthcare provider or financial advisor. Coaching services are intended for educational and informational purposes only.
If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek immediate support from a licensed professional or emergency services.
3. Client Responsibilities

Engagement: Clients are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions and actively participating in the Program.

Progress: The Client acknowledges that they are 100% responsible for their progress and results. The Company offers guidance and support but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Honesty: The Client agrees to be open, honest, and transparent during sessions to ensure effective coaching.
4. Fees and Payment

Fees: Program fees will be communicated prior to enrollment and must be paid in full unless an agreed payment plan is in place.

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via [accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, credit card].

Late Payments: If payments are overdue, the Company reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for Programs not yet started. No refunds are provided for completed sessions or after 7 days.

Cancellations by Client: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellations by Company: In the rare event the Company must cancel a session, it will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.
6. Confidentiality

Coaching Sessions: All information shared during sessions is confidential unless disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).

Data Protection: The Company will handle Client data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Data will only be used for the delivery of the Program and will not be shared without consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Program, including worksheets, guides, and exercises, are the intellectual property of the Company. Clients may use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, distributing, or sharing these materials without written permission is prohibited.
8. Liability and Limitation

The Company is not liable for any decisions, actions, or results arising from the Client’s participation in the Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the Program.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or liabilities resulting from their use of the Program.
9. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, or government restrictions.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. In the event of termination by the Client, no refunds will be provided for sessions already delivered. The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches this Agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement will first be attempted to resolve through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
12. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior agreements. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
